"Why is the last patient of the day always the hardest?" "Because you're tired and you don't give a shit. It's not super-natural."
Exceptional, a complex script involving two double agents both set the task of finding one another in an edge of your seat cops vs gangsters epic.
"You Americans, you are incapable of secrecy because you are a democracy."
A solid thriller, the politics of the West vs Middle East fascinate me, and this was pretty intriguing but not close to where the acting from DiCaprio and Crowe would lead you to believe.
"Bruges is a shithole."
A modern classic, hilarious, witty, and perfectly vulgar — In Bruges is a fine crime thriller better and an even better black comedy.
"He is a rambunctious sort, ain't he?"
Very Tarantino, a film only he could have made, but one that also suffers at the hands of his ego — a Western epic focused on the 'freed' slave Django and his journey of revenge.
"Joe, we can't go running around town with a hot princess!"
An enduringly romantic story about a princess running away from her royal responsibilities for a day; what starts out whimsical but cynical turns into a classic fairytale romance.
