Pleasantly surprised by this, a film for adults that doesn’t shy away from it’s subject matter, a complex and violent story about the real Russian Sparrows and the type of undercover work they did (do?) for the Russian government — a film that feels dangerous and outside the norm despite looking conventional in so many ways.
