“Damn! We’re in a tight spot!”
Based loosely on Homer’s Odyssey, this is a delightful film, shot in sepia tone, everything about it is charming and deliberate but with an easy-going Southern twang to it all — the older I get the more I love the Coen’s films, almost like I need more context to fully grasp their brilliance, and O Brother certainly improves dramatically every time I watch it.
